Whitney Houston has been one of my musical and style icons since I can remember.
I learnt to sing to her records, and have adored her through thick and thin.
Through her beauty, her voice, her struggle, her recovery and her grace she is a true icon of melody, fashion, style, hope and forgiveness.
She has touched me, inspired me, given my relief, given me love and I will always be thankful that she was able to share her gift with us all.
May she rest now in eternal peace as we each, who were touched by the songs of her heart, take a moment to remember the woman she was.
